If your mobile cell phone can not receive over the air updates and as such can not be configured directly by your chosen internet service provider, then you might need to configure the cell phone manually. You can get the settings for your mobile by inputting the following into Google search: "NAME OF OPERATOR+PHONE NAME AND MODEL+GPRS SETTINGS" On the other hand,you can input the following parameters.This might solve the problem.
In the internet browsing settings of your cell phone fill in three (Australia) internet browsing settings for:
- GPRS APN = 3netaccess
-Username = a
-Password = a
Three (Australia) internet browsing setting for:
-DNS = 202.124.68.130,
202.124.76.66
Then go to the internet browsing settings of your mobile cell phone and activate it.
