In order to manually configure your I phone mobile cell phone with the internet browsing settings of a network,you need the require the internet set up parameters for your chosen network. You can get this information from the internet by inputting
"country name +network service provider+internet settings" on Google search.
Then got to the I phone internet browsing settings;
-select settings
-select general
-select network
-select cellular data network
-input the parameters earlier obtained from Google search -APN,Password,Username,etc.
Then activate the settings.
